Being on board a water vessel incurs a risk of getting wet. Do not book or attend a cruise if you have the expectation of remaining DRY for the duration of the cruise.
This also means electronic devices can also come in contact with water. SCM FIlms, LLC (DBA Karaoke Party Boat Chicago) is not responsible for water damage of electronic devices. We suggest you bring a waterproof bag to hold all of your electronic devices during the cruise. By not keeping your device(s) secured in a waterproof bag you assume full responsibility of any damage that may occur due to water contact, dropping of device(s) due to sudden movement of water vessel, dropping device(s) in the water, etc.
There may also be extreme weather conditions including but not limited to high winds, extreme heat, cool weather, high waves. it is highly encouraged to watch the weather report before leaving to attend your cruise, so you can make sure you dress appropriately for the cruise. it is your responsibility to know the weather conditions before attending a cruise, and your responsibility to bring necessary items to help combat extreme conditions, such as, but not limited to, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, jacket, ice and water.
We want everyone to have a great experience aboard Karaoke Party Boat Chicago, so it is the responsibility of the booking party to inform their guest of the preceding message prior to their arrival.
We will inform all passengers of this information prior to departure. However, informing them when you book can help them have a great experience.
